What is your return policy for high-performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and tri-suits must have the original sanitary liners intact to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that oversized items like bikes or indoor trainers may incur additional freight charges and customs duties depending on your country.
